“Summer Yachts” was taken in April 2006, on beautiful Belmont Bay, Lake Macquarie, Australia. This was a yacht/catamaran I had never noticed ’til now and was impressed with the beauty of the beast.

“The Fleet” was taken on the last day of this years annual Combined High School Sailing Competition, held on the beautiful Lake Macquarie, in April 2006.

“Valentine Jetty” came about when I couldn’t sleep one night, so at 5am I headed out to the Jetty at Valentine Cove and it was that early that the jetty lights were still turned on from the previous night. I love this photo and it’s eerie mood.

This is another of my favourite shots and again just reminds me of summer. I get to see this view nearly every day out my office window. “White on Blue” was captured back in February 2005, on Belmont Bay, Lake Macquarie, Australia.

“A leap of faith” was taken in January 2006, along the shores of the Belmont Bay.

“Summer Afternoon” was such an easy shot to capture… All except the seagulls that kept trying to be part of the shot. Every time I would lift the lens skywards, at least 5-12 gulls would fly right in front of the lens. Any how this shot was taken at Belmont Bay in September 2005.

“Still Waters” was captured just before a summer shower hit, back in January 2006, on Lake Macquarie. It had been another hot and humid day and this storm brought plenty of hail.

“Loneliness” was taken in January 2006 just down from the jetty at Belmont Bay, Lake Macquarie.

“Lazy Days” embodies the perfect summer day for me… Brilliant Blue skies, cool water and just a few white clouds. This shot was taken back in November 2005, on the jetty at Belmont Baths.

“Rolling Clouds” was taken back in December 2005, on the jetty at Belmont Bay. Another “Summery” Day… Perfect for a postcard.
